• Nirox (https://nirox.in): Operated under its own separate Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available on its respective website. By using Nirox, you agree to that product's specific terms in addition to these general terms.
• EyeHmis (EyeOS) (https://eyehmis.cloud): Operated under its own separate Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available on its respective website. By using EyeHmis (EyeOS), you agree to that product's specific terms in addition to these general terms.
• In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a product's specific terms, the product-specific terms shall prevail for that product's use.

In the event of any dispute, we shall first attempt to resolve it through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
